A Vocalist & Singer
Yara Started working early in the music industry as she started singing at an early age In the music field participating in concerts at the NMC with Maestro Sakher Hattarand Dr. Ayman Tayseer starting 2009 , then continued to work in various roles in the music industry as a musician and a Singer.
Yara’s admiration to the Arabic Classical Music drove her to master its techniques, using the Arabic Maqam vocal system, Taqseem, Mawal, the Andalusian Muwashahat, and many more traditional and classical vocal techniques.
Yara choose the Qanun (an Arabic string instrument) to play in addition to Piano, to complement her musical knowledge and to enrich the authentic experience.
Yara Masters vocal techniques, as a solo vocalist as well as harmonizing with a choir singing (Alto, Mezzo, Soprano) and solo vocalist, she had many lead roles in a lot of the shows and musicals.
As a Vocalist , Yara had many collaborations in a lot of concerts, projects and events with various local artist and institutions, such as Tareq al Nasser & (Rum Band), Aziz Maraka (BAB concert), Yarub Smeirat, Ghaem Jozi Band, Bisher Abu Taleb, Talal Abu El Ragheb Group, Layali Al Qalaa Festival with Music House, and many more.
Solo concert ( حفلة ربيع الاردن) along with other musicians of the music conservatory back in 2014 with the Arabic music chamber orchestra.

KALAMESQUE - SONG RELEASE
Song Release as part of kalamesque project sponsored by Abd Al-Hameed Shoman Foundation. the project aims to restore people's faith in the beauty of Arabic language, especially its classical form, by covering pop songs and/or catchy tunes in Classical Arabic and/or Bedouin dialect; enabling listeners to experience the tunes they love through an Arabic adaptation.

This project was a beautiful opportunity to utilize all my musical knowledge and experience as a soloist, artist, musician and as a conductor, working with such a talented group of female artist was challenging, inspiring and empowering. I worked with the group as a conductor, vocal coach and a vocalist, putting vocal & musical arrangements into shape.

GHAEM JOZI - SOLO VOCALIST
"Ghaem Jozi,” or “Partly Cloudy” in English, is an inspiring and unique audio-visual project by the Jordanian Odai Shawagfeh, where electric guitars seamlessly blend with Arabic Maqams in contemporary electronic arrangements.
Yara is a consistent guest who have performed with the band in many live concerts, and also recorded several tracks such as the closet session.
Yara’s experience in Arabic Maqams and improvisation lead to a continuous collaboration with Ghaem Jozi.

INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATION
Represented Jordan and Palestine at Ethno Catalonia 2017, singing and playing the qanun, a descendent of the Egyptian harp that has been used in Arabic music since the tenth century. performed more than ten concerts around Spain and participated in many workshops.

DOZAN WA AWTAR - CHOIR & VOCALIST
Since 2011 Yara was a member of the DOZAN WA AWTAR Choir She has participated in a number of concerts, shows and events, in addition to international, regional and local competitions as a section leader and a solo vocalist.
July 2016 the Choir participated in the world choir games in Sochi Russia and won two gold medals, Yara had an improvisational solo in the Faith Category performance which was one of the winning performances.

MOSAICA - CHOIR & VOCALIST
Yara was a main member of MOSAICA who have recently participated in Meddle East ChoirFest Middle East 2019 and won as the Best Choir 2019.
Mosaica Singers competed with a number of impressive choirs from the Middle East, and was favored by the judging panel that praised the choir’s performance, its harmony, vocal techniques, song selection, the number of languages used (including Spanish, Italian and Swahili) and the harmonious energy amongst choir members on stage. The judging panel included Ragnar Rasmussen, professor of choir conducting at the Music Conservatory in Norway, the Italian composer, conductor and violinist Lorenzo Donati and singer, composer Frank Havrøy from Norway.
Yara performed as a section leader (alto, Mezzo, soprano) and solo vocalist, she also had many lead roles in a lot of the shows and musicals.
